I know there are a lot of fitted shrug patterns out there but I haven't been able to find one that is as narrow across the back and as tight fitting in the arms as the shrug in this video:

What about Stephanie Japel (Glampyre)'s One Skein Wonder with longer sleeves? Many people have made that modification from what I understand.

This one is a little loose, but with better gauge and many try-ons I suspect it would be just fine. http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=44519.0
